Perks and Benefits

Medical / Dental / Vision

MDT pays 100% of the premium for full time employees (minimum 30 hours per week) and their dependents! Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.

Long/Short Term Disability

Employer paid, eligible the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment for both short term and long term disability.

FSA / HRA

Full time employees are eligible the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment. FSA is available for both qualified dependent care and medical expenses.

401K / Safe Harbor

Employees eligible to contribute 1st of the month following hire date, employer match and safe harbor effective 1st of the month following 1 year of employment and 1,000 hours of services. Employer match is 100% of the first 4% of Employee Contributions. Safe Harbor is 3%. A Roth 401(k) option is also available.

PTO/Paid Holidays

Paid time off (PTO) based on hours worked and tenure (available to full and part time employees). We also offer 13 paid holidays annually.

Flexible Work Hours

MDT believes in the importance of a good work life balance. That’s why we offer one occurrence per month of up to 2 hours for employees to attend a personal appointment. Additionally, MDT offers employees the ability to work from home.

Parental Leave

MDT provides 4 weeks of parental leave for the birth or adoption of a child.

Pet Insurance

At MDT we realize that your pets are your family which is why MDT offers pet insurance to keep your pet healthy.

Continued Education / Professional Development

MDT offers tuition reimbursement for accredited colleges and universities. Additionally MDT partners with third parties like New Horizons to provide training on a variety of business and technical topics.

Community Involvement

“People helping people” is a motto shared by all of our credit union clients and we are inspired by that. That is why MDT offers time off of work to participate in company sponsored volunteer opportunities.
