Happy New Year! I hope you all had a wonderful, restful holiday season, filled with joy and time with loved ones. As we step into 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on the tremendous accomplishments of 2024, made possible by the dedication and hard work of our team.
Last year, our employees truly embraced the spirit of giving back, completing over 600 hours of community service at organizations like Gleaners Food Bank, Friendship Circle and Operation Good Cheer. Your commitment to making a positive impact in our communities has been nothing short of inspiring, and I’m proud of the meaningful difference we’ve created together.
2024 was also a year of innovation and growth. In December, we shared our new, go-forward company strategy designed to help credit unions embrace advancing technologies, meet evolving member needs and succeed in today’s increasingly complicated environment. We’re confident this strategy will empower our credit unions to grow and remain as the institutions of choice. Check out more here.

As you all know, this will be my last newsletter addressing this wonderful client community. As I look to head into retirement at the end of this quarter, I reflect on the past 22 years of growth, innovation and teamwork, feeling extremely fortunate and blessed. The experience of leading this company and working with each of you has been one of the greatest journeys of my life.
I have nothing but confidence in Chris’ ability to lead MDT in continued growth and success as a trusted partner to each of you. His leadership, vision, expertise and unwavering commitment to our clients and team perfectly position him to effectively guide MDT into this next chapter.
It has been my privilege to lead this organization, and I look forward to cheering you all on from the sidelines as you continue to do amazing things for your communities, members and the industry as a whole.
